LBCC Cohort 14, Brian Espinosa, Optimism Entertainment, noticed for creating more jobs in the South Bay.  Optimism Entertainment is a talent management agency that represents content creators in T.V., film, music and digital projects. Brian’s growth opportunity during Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses included moving to a larger space to make room for more staff and new services. In 2016, Optimism Entertainment moved from Beverly Hills, CA to an area known as the South Bay, or specifically Manhattan Beach, CA into a larger space. On October 16, 2017, The Beach Reporter Newspaper wrote an article on Optimism Entertainment acknowledging how they have helped bolster the economy by creating jobs (3 new employees) and advanced the creative culture of the South Bay.
