10KSB has provided Twohubs Cycling Boutique with the guidance needed to restructure our business. Our “structure” before starting 10KSB was making money. Now, we have definitive goals that will allow us to grow our business instead of just run our business.

Tell us about a challenge you’ve faced in your business.
One of our biggest challenges is trying to be creative and unique in the highly saturated cycling industry.

What do you enjoy about being a small business owner?
As a small business owner, I have the flexibility to be creative without boundaries.

Since graduating from the 10KSB Program, is there an accomplishment or goal you’re particularly proud of achieving?
One accomplishment I have achieved since graduating from the 10KSB program is having meetings with my business partner in which we discuss our goals for the week and how to accomplish those goals. These weekly meetings have provided us with the communication we need to grow our business.
